I am Steve Eugene Cox II. I bought a wonderful single story beach house a mile or so south of Goodwell, California. My wife and our two children have enjoyed owning that house since 2000. In the years I've had it this house has been a really great bungalow. I would recommend this bungalow to any home buyer.
